Digital Products
Everything Major Wood BBQ sells today is digital — field manuals, guides, and downloadable reference materials delivered instantly to your email or account. There is no physical shipment.
Refunds
If a digital product isn't what you expected, request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your Stripe receipt or the email address you used at checkout. We refund to the original payment method, usually within a few business days. We may deny or limit refunds for abuse, duplicate requests, chargeback fraud, or where a specific product page states a different rule.
Download Access
Save your files for offline use. Purchase links expire after 30 days; free Wood Bible links expire after seven days. Request fresh links from the download recovery page using the original email address. A refund or payment dispute removes active purchase download access. Unsubscribing from marketing does not remove access to files you received.
Shipping (Physical Products)
We do not ship physical products yet. Physical items (subscription boxes, apparel, rubs/sauces) are later-phase and currently waitlist-only — joining a waitlist is not a purchase and costs nothing. When physical products launch, this policy will be updated with shipping timelines, carriers, regions served, and a returns process before any physical order can be placed.
